MD MALL believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order.
- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

No Refund Policy:
- No any type of refund is available under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before confirming.

Refund/Replacement:
- Refunds or replacements will not be provided for any reason. However, replacements may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. A parcel opening video is mandatory to support the claim. The video should be genuine, uncut, and unedited. This helps us verify that the defect occurred during transit and allows us to process the return or replacement.
- If no parcel opening video is provided, no issue will be entertained.
- The request will only be considered once the merchant has checked and determined the defect at their end. This must be reported within the same day of receipt of the products.

Product Not as Expected:
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Refund Processing:
- No refunds will be processed as part of the policy.

Important Note:
- We will not entertain any issues without a parcel opening video.
- Please do not argue by saying "I forgot to tell the customer" or "my regular customer would never lie"—this rule is strictly enforced.
