Please do inform your customer's to prepare genuine video ( without any cut and edits ) while opening the parcels received so that we can understand that it was genuine defect and get it replaced or repaired.

3. We will not entertain any issues without parcel opening video. Please don't argument by saying- we forgot to say to customer,or my regular customer,he/she will not say lie to me,etc etc
4 .Due to high light photography, color difference can be made, so ask before ordering.
5. Once tracking details shared, please trace and follow up the courier service by ur own to get the parcel delivered.
6. No return and refund available in any condition.
Only exchange available only when damage piece or wrong parcel delivered. when proper parcel opening video provided by reseller or customer
7. After placing order of your product will be book no changement or cancellation will be accepted
8. Tracking slips will be given within 48 working hours. PLS ASK ONCE IF NOT GIVEN WITHIN 48HOURS

10 . AFTER SHARING TRACKING YOU HAVE TO TRACK BY YOURSELF ..IF TRACKING DOESN'T START WITHIN 48 HOURS.. PLEASE TELL US.
IF YOU WILL COMPLAINT AFTER 7 DAYS AFTER RECIEVING TRACKING WE WILL NOT ABLE TO HELP YOU.
11. PLS DON'T GET HYPER IF WRONG PARCEL DELIVERED.DAILY 500-600 PARCEL ARE DISPATCHING SO MISTAKES CAN BE MADE BY PACKING PERSON.YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED ASAP
